Prague has several luggage locker locations, mainly at the Main Train Station and Florenc Bus Station. They work, but space is limited and you must return at a specific time.
Better than lockers, but still require returning to a fixed location — which limits your day and flexibility.
Some hotels offer this, most Airbnbs do not. And you'll still have to travel back to pick up your bags before heading to the airport.
